Outdoor & Landscape Lighting

Low-voltage lighting that makes the house look expensive after dark and makes the steps safe to walk.

Good lighting is invisible: you see the house, the tree and the path, never the fixture or the bulb.

Typical design

  • Uplighting on architectural corners and specimen trees
  • Path and step lights sized so pools of light overlap
  • Wash lighting on stone walls and columns
  • Down-lighting from mature trees for a moonlight effect

We install solid brass and copper fixtures on low-voltage runs with a transformer sized 20% over load, so the system takes future additions. Warm 2700K LEDs throughout — nothing on your house should look like a parking lot.

What our clients say

They talked us out of the expensive option. Told us the fescue in the back just needed aeration and overseeding in September, not a full renovation, and saved us about four thousand dollars.

VP Landscaping redid our entire backyard — patio, plantings, lighting — and finished two days early. What sold me was the walkthrough: nobody else showed us a real plan before asking for money.
