A patio is 90% what you can't see. We excavate to depth, lay separation fabric over the clay, compact a proper aggregate base in lifts, and set every course on screeded bedding sand — which is why our installations don't heave, dish or wander after a few wet seasons.

Every wall over four feet gets engineered drainage behind it. Every job gets a compaction test before the first stone goes down. We'll show you the base before we cover it.
